By using Kindergarten Start, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Subscription Terms

Kindergarten Start offers monthly ($7.99/month) and annual ($59/year) subscription plans. Both include a free trial period of 3 lessons before payment is required.

• Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period.
• You can cancel at any time from the Parent Dashboard.
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your parent PIN. The service is intended for children aged 3-6 under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for its intended educational purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our content.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not use automated tools to access the service.

Content & Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, designs, and materials are the property of Kindergarten Start. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kindergarten Start is an educational tool designed to supplement, not replace, classroom instruction. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email.
