At Kindergarten Start, we take your family’s privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

• Child’s first name and age — Used to personalize the learning experience. We never collect last names.
• Parent email address (optional) — Used only for weekly progress reports and account recovery.
• Learning progress data — Which skills your child has practiced and mastered.
• Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number.

What We Never Do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never show ads to children or parents.
• We never share your child’s information with advertisers.
• We never use your data for purposes other than providing our service.

Cookies & Analytics

We use a session cookie to remember your login and child profiles. We use basic analytics to understand how our app is used so we can improve it. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Parent PINs are hashed using bcrypt. Our servers use industry-standard security practices.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@kindergartenstart.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
